- Please do not allow any other company or person to tamper with our work, as this could invalidate your guarantee.
- The warranty for parts or products purchased by us on behalf of the customer will be subject to the manufacturer’s guarantee.
- In the event of a faulty product, Lloyd’s Plumbers will endeavor to follow up with the manufacturer on the client’s behalf.
- In the event of having to install a replacement of a faulty/defective part, our normal labour rate will apply.
